FIRST ORDER INFORMATION
When you order for the first time there is some mandatory information needed to register your company as customer.
We need to know:
• Full company name
• Company tax and registration numbers.
• Complete address for delivery and invoice,
• References and contact information.
Orders can be placed as e-mail or by phone.
ISMA will inform customer about terms of delivery before finalizing first order and shipment.
ISMA prefer to send invoice via e-mail in PDF-file format. Other means of invoicing need to be clarified.
